Cancellation:

You can cancel your orders till they are shipped, once they are shipped orders cannot be cancelled and you need to contact or email us to process.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery or a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue.

All items bought on Sale Events or using discount coupon like BlackFriday, End of Season Sale, etc will automatically be disqualified for returns & instead can qualify for exchanges.

Products priced below ₹1500 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Products priced between ₹1500 and ₹2000 can be exchanged up to one time , either for the same item or a limited selection of higher-priced products.

Products priced above ₹2000 can be exchanged up to one time , either for the same item or a limited selection of higher-priced products.

Returns are only allowed for products priced above ₹2000, while products below this threshold are only eligible for exchange if they fall within the ₹1500–₹2000 range.


Eligibility for returns and exchanges is determined by the price of each individual product, not the total cart or order value.

Return/Exchange Policies:-

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for any return or exchange.

The seller reserves the right to reject returns if policy above is not followed.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping Policy:-
Items ship out within 2-5 business for items in stock.

The reverse pick up is done within 3 days of the Return Request

The exchange is processed within 2 - 4 days of the pick up

Refunds are processed once the article is received at our fulfillment center

Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business day

The customer will be informed if their pincodes cannot be serviced.
