Cancellation:

You can cancel your orders till they are shipped, once they are shipped orders cannot be cancelled and you need to contact or email us to process.

Returns/Exchanges

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery or a credit note which is valid for a year from the date of issue. Returns are not accepted on discounted purchases.

Products priced below ₹1500 are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Products priced between ₹1500 and ₹2000 can be exchanged up to one time , either for the same item or a limited selection of higher-priced products.

Returns are only allowed for products priced above ₹2000, while products below this threshold are only eligible for exchange if they fall within the ₹1500–₹2000 range.

Eligibility for returns and exchanges is determined by the price of each individual product, not the total cart or order value.
